The Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT) primary role is to provide continuous supervision applying the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in accordance with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) programming and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) while working 1:1 with students.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, collecting data, and providing clinical leadership to a team of behavior technicians.
